Penile prosthesis Side effects?

Posted , 3 users are following.

i am about to get Penile prosthesis an implant inserted into my penis.

Apparently  all I do is press the button which is inserted into my tummy and I get a full erection?

Has anyone out there had this procedure? If so what was the improvement to your sex life if any?

What were the down sides if any?

Does the penis deflate after ejaculating?

Or do you just press the button to deflate the penis?

I've never heard of it being put in the stomach- it's always been in the scrotum as far as I know. An downside would be that your glans(head of penis) will no longer become erect . You will need to deflate it yourself but you can have it "erect" for a very long time before side effects start to happen. I'm sure your doctor let you know but just in case he did- there is a chance that you will lose your glans, parts of it or even your entire penis after surgery due to the fact that he has no clue your blood vessels enrich your glans and he may damage or get rid of it. Other than that you can have a normal sex life

David Good morning.  Which one are you having done.  I have seen a couple of the surgery's and the pump in put in the  scrotal sac.  Never saw one with the pump in the tummy.  I know the couple I saw were done right above the base of the penis.  You have ask questions.  I don't think you should watch them doing it on the internet.  After your orgasm and your ejaculation your going to have to deflate it yourself..  Good luck  Ken
