Penile rash or irritation?

Hi,

I post this mostly to figure out whether I’m crazy or not.. I feel like the skin on the glans is irritated or inflamed. It doesn’t really hurt, it just feels very sensitive to the touch.

Back story, I had chlamydia several months ago and I was heavily treated for it with 2 antibiotics.

I haven’t been sexually active ever since, and all tests for STDs and any other possible UTI are negative. I saw several doctors and they either think there’s nothing wrong or that I still have some symptoms of the past infection that take more time to go away even though the bacteria is not present anymore. One of these doctors gave me a steroid cream that ive been using for 3 days now. It doesn’t hurt when I pee, just occasionally I have a very mild annoying feel uti-style.
