Do you have access to a Dermatologist - I think this is a circumstance where you need the professional help of a medical specialist like this. With the sensitivity issue you may also need to see a Urologist but the Dermatologist would guide you on that.

NEVER expose your penis to hot water, in the shower for example. If you happen to wash your penis with soap and things like shower gel try washing with water from now on, when you shower finish off by spending sometime rinsing the skin of your penis with the warm running water, then carefully and completely dry all your penile skin. You will need to do this thoroughly and consistently before you notice any difference - this can potentially take years to achieve noticeable difference

Hello my friend, if you were talking about the black point, it is from my birth, I am talking about the red color under the head of the penis. It seemed to happen about 5 months ago. For information, I practice masturbation with soap or without lubricants. My underwear is not completely cotton. Do you think this is one of the reasons

It is almost certain that the main source of problems for your penile skin is the application of soap and other forms of body cleansers such as shower gel.

For masturbation get yourself some Liquid Coconut Oil that is for use on skin rather than hair, apply a very light coating to the upper-shaft and head of your penis.

Do you penis a real favour and never apply soap to it, wash with water only from now on for the rest of your life !
