Penile veins for a couple of weeks, possible right side varicocele, and maybe soft erections

So a few weeks ago, I noticed veins that I am able to feel pop out of my penis. The dorsal vein for one, and then one on each side. I feel like I am getting softer erections. And also I am 100% sure I have a varicocele on my right testcile which is causing some pain. I am only 17 years old and I am very active. I don’t think there is anything seriously wrong but I have an appt. on Monday with my doctor. I am scared because I was to be able to get rock hard erections and I don’t want these veins to be a sign of something very serious. If anyone could possibly give me just an assumption of each of the things I listed. Thank you very much.
