  1. last time I HAD SOME RASH DUE TO SOME INFLAMATION OR SUCH. THE DOCTOR GAVE ME SOME STEROID TABLETS. I KINDA GOT RID OF THE RASH BUT NOW I AM SUCH BUMPS OR I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS. AND FOR THE INFO, I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD SEX IN MY WHOLE LIFE. WHAT IS THIS? CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE HELP ME?

    Genital infection. Bumps can form on certain areas of the penis, because of cut hairs. It could be because of insect bites, it could be because of sex, but its because of sex because you havent had any sex. Speak to your GP.
