hi my penis isnt normal i think it has these little bums at the head of it it always looks a bit dry and my forskin doesnt go all the way down

Any chance you can post a photo of the little bumps?
As for the foreskin not completely going down, that can be resolved by stretching. However this does take a few months to complete.
