Penis abnormality need help

I found these even lesions on my penis and I’m scared idk what they are they are on both sides under my frenulum they haven’t spread changed or growled in an way and I️ found Hess like almost 2 months ago

    They look sore and painful. Have you tried any soothing ointments?

      They are not painful or sore or itch they are also smaller than 1mm and are on both sides of my frenulum idk if I’ve always had them but I’ve been scared

      My hunch is they are harmless - particularly as you say they aren’t sore or itchy. Best to see a doctor or sexual health clinician for reassurance, though.

    I don't know what those are, and my best guess is that they're nothing serious, but I'd get checked out if I were you.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

    If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.

    Doctor said it was a normal skin variantion thanks guys
