serious?!... how about my foreskin...does it look tight to you and do you think i will have pain having sex?

Looks very normal - in fact lots of young men would love to have a penis that looked like this.

From picture 3 it would suggest your foreskin looks a little tight - but if you do not have any problems exposing the head of your penis as you have it in pic 1 and 2 there should not be a major problem.

Depends on what age you are? - as simply your foreskin will stretch in time to meet the demands placed on it by the size you are when you are erect .....

      Thanks for your reply.

Should my foreskin retract automatically then when erect?...i have to pull it back manually....

I retract it every day and masturbate - is this normal and will this help stretch? i generally masturbate without my foreskin retracted, unless its oiled up...

23yrs - will it still grow?...when does your penis stop growing?

Okay the easier bits: generally a penis will continue to develop until the age of around 26YOA - just like with some individuals where puberty can begin real early, penile development can stop early or end later than you would normally expect.

So I am basing my comments on photo 3 now: every foreskin is individual, some foreskins will never retract, in any manner whatsoever, while others will do this naturally themselves - with all the other permutations of this in-between these two extremes.

A very simple way of describing from photo 3 would be the 'internals' of your penis have developed far-greater than the development of your foreskin has to cope with this - that is, the natural size you are.

However, you can expose the head of your penis without pain or extreme difficulty so I would not have any concerns about this whatsoever.

And yes, stretching would help: I would say doing simple and gentle stretches in the shower with warm NEVER hot water could help greatly. More than likely if you masturbate regularly over the next 2 to 5 years your foreskin would develop naturally anyway to cope the demands with the internal growth of your penile shaft.

I can explain the stretches if you wish ...... ?

Hi, thanks for this....yes if you can explain some stretches that would be great?...

Also, what Moisturizer do you recommend for my Penis?

You should ONLY do stretches when your penis is fully flaccid - the essential is you should not feel any pain.

As with starting to do any specific body or gym exercises you should start real easy and only build-on what you are doing over an extended period of time.

With your penis fully flaccid get a a hold of your loose foreskin between thumb and forefinger and draw it away from the body forwards as far as it will comfortably go, hold for 3 seconds, then release.

To start with the idea mainly is getting to know what is normal and perfecting how you grip your foreskin.

The next is simply the opposite to this: so with your penis flaccid draw the loose skin of the shaft of your penis down towards the base of your penis as close to your body as you can and again hold for 3 seconds and release. Try using a grip to the sides of your penis, or top and bottom to find what suits you best. What you should be achieving when you draw the skin to the base is that the head of your penis will become exposed. Either way, if it becomes exposed or not you can still use this exercise as a stretch.

Once you become comfortable with grips and holds you can start with adding repetitions and increasing the amount of time you - as I always suggest, keep it simple until you are very familiar with what you are doing - so 10 reps and holding for 5 seconds is quite sufficient for the first month or so.

If you have no problems doing the exercises you can add another repetition and another second of the hold every 2 or 3 weeks - start by doing the exercises twice a week - after 6 to 8 weeks you can do 3 times weekly. It may seem that you are not really doing much for the first few months but the whole idea is getting to know in practical terms how to the stretches and what that feels like.

After 4 or 5 months you can then begin the stretches when your penis is partly erect - when comfortable with doing this - say after another 2 or 3 months of doing them you can try with your penis being almost fully erect - but you must start right at the beginning again - hold for short periods with low repetitions - then build on this once you are fully comfortable doing them with your penis partly erect.

The ONLY thing I would ever recommend you apply to penile skin as a moisturiser is Liquid Coconut Oil that is specifically for use on the skin, rather than hair for example. Best time to apply it is after you have dried yourself after a shower.

All you need is a very light coating 2 or 3 times a week - after a few months of no problems doing the exercises you can try doing them with a very small amount of the oil and see what it feels like - if it goes fine then add the oil to doing your stretch routine

So perhaps really observing how you are managing to prevent erections may help - what are you doing - what are you not, or avoiding doing - often observation and trail and error can help you prevent things like full erections.

Another time you can do the stretches is when you are taking a shower - the water should be warm only NEVER HOT in contact with your penis. And of course yes the water will make it more difficult to grip to do the forwards stretch - but do not get disheartened, really the first 3 months or so is about perfecting what you are doing.
