Penis bump/pimple for 3 months now hurts

so i have had this small pimple/lump whatever on my dick for like 3 months and it never did me any problem. Basically it was just there..0 pain. Yesterday while taking a bath i thought why would not i try to pop it... and i try to squeeze it a little but then i gave up cause i was scared and it started to hurt a little. twelve hours later that place hurts a lot more..but ONLY when touching it.

Also the pimple is not too soft..its a little hard on touch i d say.

Any idea of what this might be? Is it bad? I am kinda scared about it .

    edit: 5 hours later the bump is bigger and the white part is more prominentimage

    it looks like a pimple u should wait under the pus comes to the surface soak in hot water or use a heat pad then squeeze it

      so it isn t anything else ? and it shouldn t cause too many problems?

      it dosnt look like an std or cyst or anything like that just looks like a boil /spot
