Penis burning

So my problem started 3 months ago when I had burning sensation while peeing , I visited a nearby doctor who gave me a bottle of "vitamin c" and 10 cefixime tablets, but couldn't get any relief, by that time there was a burning sensation on my penis (no pain), so I decided to visit a urologist, when I told my symptoms to him he assumed I have prostatitis and gave 2 antibiotics and one alpha blocker, ( 1 month course) , also told me to go through 3 tests, blood (R/F,) , urine (R/F) and ultrasonography of whole abdomen and pelvis. After taking the course the burning sensation while peeing was gone, but the burning sensation on penis was still there , so I did all the tests mentioned above but the report came normal, I told the doctor and he recommended me to continue the alpha blockers ( Alfoo 10mg) for another month, I'm about to finish the course but the burning sensation is still there, sometimes outside penis, sometimes inside and sometimes in pelvic muscle area, I would like to repeat that I have no pain but burning sensation and irritation. Whenever I defecate, some mucus like discharge come out of penis even though it happened only like 7-8 times in last 3 months.

Is it possible that I have some kind of STD which couldn't be detected in those tests? I'm sexually active.
