Penis Burning and some small tiny sore

I had received oral from csw after 1 week I had burning on glans of penis and I had all sti test which were negative and than start pain in my left groin and left testicle I went back to gum clinic and they treated me with doxycycline twice day for 14 days and ceftrione IV in my butt than within 7 days my groin and testicle pain gone and improve in burning sensation on glans.

but after 1.5 month means today I had started again burning in my foreskin and I saw some small tiny sore. Please advice what is this ?

    i have something similar but just one red spec near the corona and glans. might be forming additional one on glans. my symptoms feel like UTI (on and off) . had unprotected oral sex three weeks ago but bump appeared three days ago. hope everything works out with you. keep us updated.
