Hi, for a few months now i have noticed a bump on my penis meatus that seems to have a hole in the centre of it. Clear liquid sometimes is disharged from this. There has been no change in the size of shape of it during the time. I was wondering if anyone had an idea of what it could be or have anything similiar? It is only about 1-2mm in size.
