    Hello

If I can give you a suggestion, I would tell you to see a doctor as soon as possible, possibly a dermatologist or urologist.

You have to perform tests for STDs, including a swab for fungi and bacteria, a urethral swab, urinalysis, sperm and blood tests and most importantly, to understand your situation, since I believe it is actually a skin disease, even quite advanced:

    • You need to perform a skin biopsy of the inner foreskin and the spot on the glans penis.

From what I see it would appear to be either zoon lichen or balanitis. In both cases, circumcision could be essential.

In case you are having a circumcision, REQUEST a biopsy of all the skin removed.

From your description & photos, it certainly looks like a serious case of balanitis. Balanitis covers many skin issues, so best to get a doctors opinion and treatment plan. It may require a couple of different ointments to recover.

If you had retraction issues since been on the tbact ointment, then I would be reconsidering it's use. Talk with your doctor if it was prescribed.

You're unlikely to require circumcision. Most doctors would only recommend this as a last resort.
