Penis discoloration

Why is the head of my penis white? It never used to be until recently. It seems as if no blood is there at when not erect. I am able to have an erection.

Keep a diary to track any changes.
Is your blood circulation OK to your fingers and toes?
Does it matter what the room temperature is?
Does it feel the same as usual?
Do you have any underlying medical issues such as diabetes?

My circulation is fine, although I quit a 40year smoking habit in mid Feb'.
No blood pressure issues either.
But it is a change as it wasn't always like this.
My penis is a bit numb though, but no other health issues.

Have you tried Daktarin or Canesten in case it's fungal. If so, and it didn't work, see a doctor or sexual health clinician as it is just possible it is a serious condition.

Thank you Pepasan, I can't see any outward signs of this being a fungal infection or any other type of infection, but I'll go to a sexual health clinic and see what they have to say. I believe I'll need to be referred by my GP though.

No GP referral needed. It's confidential even from your own doctor. No appointment needed usuall, but check first with your local clinic.
