    Hello

I don't know where you live, but absolutely call your doctor and warn him that it would be very useful if he changed jobs.

From what you see in the photos it could be a pathology such as lichen (it could be either a sclerosus or a planus).

Change your doctor absolutely, go to a specialized dermatologist and get a treatment. An ultra-potent topical cortisone might usually suffice. However, if you are not circumcised, I recommend that you evaluate everything with your doctor and undergo a radical circumcision, which could help you a lot.

Hi Gil your photo is not very clear but I think it is lichen sclerosus. Doctors sometimes are not that familiar with LS they usually start you on fungal cream but in your case you have it for 3 years so I'd say its not fungal. it probably causes your frenulum to break in the first place. You need to start using some steroid cream which might help. so I'd go back to your doctor they may refer you to a dermatologist or urologist. I wouldn't leave it any longer it will need treatment.
