Penis discolouration

hi, i had protected sex 1 month ago

previous to do this i stopped 'edging' which is to masturbate without releasing. i stopped it for 2 months

I received Oral sex, and used a condom 3x that night. it was vigorous sex

The next few days after i thought my penis look like it was a bit patchy / discoloured around the back.

after a few weeks i noticed the corona of my glans started to look more shiny and red

now almost 1 month later my Meatus is looking a bit red inside still

my main concern is discomfort in meatus, it feels like its burning a bit.

important notes:

• was using a soap for a long time that i shouldve been diluting (castile base soap)

• after having sex only washed penis with water and not soap

• it was vigorous sex

• my penis was extra sensitive because i stopped edging which i used to so every day for years, i stopped for 2 months cold turkey.

i havent had any STD or STI tests, its been like this for about 10 days, was mild before

thank you, please help imageimageimage

It looks to me like some sort of yeast infection. Id have it looked at. Also, does it itch?

it doesnt itch a lot, i feel slight burning on the tip of it.

i had dermatitis on my scalp so maybe its to do with that

now the tip of the lips looks kinda red

if i wash with mild soap every day and use a moisturiser do you think it will go by itself if its a yeast infection?

I have no clue sadly. You should go see a healthcare professional though. They'll give you an examination & determine the exact type of infection you have. I wish you the best of luck. Please get this looked at for the betterment of your future.
