do you have any diagnosed autoimmune or connective tissue disorders (or in your family, such as lupus or ehlers-danlos)?

your penis skin appears to be rather translucent in general with visible blood vessels. i would advise you to discuss the possibility of a connective tissue disorder with your doc (familial disease history, joint mobility assessment, skin biopsy, genetic testing).

also: how would you rate your general stress level over the last few years? are you constantly stressed out or suffering from anxiety? there is some limited evidence that might suggest that chronic stress can contribute to skin atrophy.

Im shocked tha any doctors havent done a hvs1 or hvs2 test on you, please get swab test whe you are having those sores or cuts. This exactly how Hvs2 looks on me, isnt how google shows it looks. Most of the time it starts itching or tingling sensation, then it turns into a burn sensation because the cuts and after a couple of days if i dont stress and dont drink coffe it heals thats when you see the dry skin. Please be very careful out there herpes is spreading like wild fire. Im surprised the doctors dont bring up hvs1&2 test whe you do a regular stds check up.

i have those similar cracks only not on the shaft of my penis they're right next to my banjo string everytime i have sex it swells up afterwards i dont know what it could be but it all started after having sex a few times without lube so im guessing its torn but wont seem to heal for some reason

I had the exact same issue and got prescribed CHLORAMPHENICOL EYE OINTMENT 1% which I had to apply to affected area 3 times a day. First time I used the ointment it gave instant relief. I also had to take CEFALEXIN=CEPHALEXIN CAPSULES 500MG 20 and took these 2 times a day.

It was recommended I not have sex or masturbate for 10days as well....that part of treatment plan didn't happen but it healed up well. Give it a go, I bet it will cure you. You're welcome.

I have been experiencing the same things which started maybe eight years ago..

I have prescribed creams and tried home remedies etc just trying to rebuild my skin cells and better my immune system. The creams ended up making the skin weaker leading to more time to heal and figuring out what this is!

Anyway, I moved back home during the pandemic after living away for 15 years and contacted my local GP about what was going on and said about the crack foreskin and irritated glands - cracked/red, he prescribed me.... TIMODINE Cream - ill let you google it but its used to heal the skin from eczema/dermatitis etc.. I used for one week and I started seeing results, after another week further results and my glands has returned to its original colour with skin barrier, where as before it had red patches and would never heal, half of the glands was cracked and very sensitive. The foreskin and scars left from where it had been cracked - cream cleaned it all up - just be patient after the week of using the cream.

I also found that I had torn my frenulum, well i say torn it wasnt a clean break it was more of a tear, which i had never looked at for whatever reason im not sure, I had become so use to the discomfort I thought it was just my foreskin and glands, so I thought the only way to fix it would be on the waiting list to either get frenuloplasty or circumcision. Luckily I started using the cream, and stopped any sexual activity to just ;et it heal, its taken a few months.

But this has been going on for years and really I know how you all are feeling and I hope that this cream can do what it has done for me so far. Im praying that it doesnt flare up again I really am praying that this is the start of leading a normal sex life again.

I have the same issue I believe ID brand silicone based lube caused it I have been circumcised but it didn’t help I still suffer with this today after 10 years no ointment or anabiotic’s or topical seem to help

I get this too, so painful, I call it chapped d!ck like chapped lips as that's what I can only put it down to. Only get it after sex but oddly don't remember getting it when I was younger, I'm 41 and have a pretty good sex life but this does get in the way. I don't normally use lube so wonder if that's a issue but my partners always seem ready and I'm not having to struggle to enter so have just put it down to a con of being uncircumcised. Least you know it's not just you!

First, let me start by saying that I am not a medical doctor. However, I read every comment on your post. I am also an uncircumcised male and I’ve had exactly the issue you have described at first I had no idea what it was and like you know when you can figure out what it was I’ve tried every cream available, and nothing would work. Finally, I convinced a doctor to treat me for an STD and take a very aggressive approach so he treated me with a shot of Rocephin, not sure if that’s how you spell it, 1000 mg of azithromycin, and a 14 day course of doxycycline. Then, and only then the cracks go away, and the skin return to normal. But because I could not get a definite diagnosis, I never knew exactly what it was until just recently when they returned the difference and now I know exactly what I did prior to them returning and that having unprotected anal sex with a woman. I currently am suffering from the same thing and I’m gonna seek the same kind of treatment. I will keep you posted on my results but for sure this is a bacterial infection of some kind caused by bacteria in the anus. Now it’s important to note that if you have not had anal intercourse, does not mean that the woman you slept with, did not have anal anal crossword somebody else, and following had vaginal intercourse, which now the bacteria is in her vagina again I need to let you know I am not a medical doctor.
