Penis foreskin problem

My penis foreskin was pretty normal till 3 days back when I masturbated. I felt I was pretty rough, but ignored. The next day the top end of my foreskin was red and it was irritating. And it kinda pained when touched by my underwear. And a few days passed it's still red and I think it's like I have a kind of a cut or something (not sure) on the top end of my foreskin. It pains when touched by cloth or water. And my foreskin is red, itchy and irritating.

What should I do? There's no way I can visit a doctor or buy medical stuff. Is it serious?

Use some over-the-counter antiseptic cream. It will ensure you don't get it infected while it heals and will provide some moisturising and conditioning to the skin. Leave off the self-pleasuring for three weeks if you can. It should heal, but may be a bit tight when you resume, so go at it gently.

What exactly is the problem? Thank you for the reply btw

You've probably overstretched it and caused a slight tear or two. I've had it a few times over the years - more so as I get older as my skin is much drier now (I'm 67).

The redness could just be balanitis, but the "cut or something" sounds worrying.

A pic would help.  This should help you add images:

If you're using a phone or tablet, you may need to choose the desktop/PC option in your browser.

Why can't you see a doctor or buy medical stuff though?

Update : it's not actually a cut. It's like the top of the foreskin is red. But one specific part of it is redder than normal and it's like a little swollen. Very little, kinda in the size of a pimple.

Probably just balanitis then.  It's hard to say anything more without a pic.
