Should heal on its own, just monitor for signs of infection like worsening redness or swelling.

thanks for you information i have one doubt now is there needs any treatment like frenuloplasty for this conditions bcoz im scaring incase the same situation repeat in my future?

Frenuloplasty sounds a little excessive. If you were having rough sex, maybe be a little less rough. Is your frenulum pulled taut when erect?

Hi Mair yes the frenulum should heal up on it's own after a few weeks. But In your photo it shows some scarring to the frenulum so you are at risk of it tearing again. if this happens in the future you may need to consider having a frenuloplasty. It can be quite a shock when it happens and can bleed a lot.

thank you but is the frenuloplasty is necessary to me ? bcoz in my penis there is no scars but still the wounds are not healed its tore 3days before only. is there any possible to maintain without frenuloplasty.

You should let everything heal up and see how it goes for now. In the future if your frenulum keeps tearing you should ask your doctor for advice they might give you some steroid cream to try and stretch the surrounding skin or you may possibly need a frenuloplasty in the future if it keeps happening.
