John  That is very good of you to pay attention to your body.  That is a good idea.  The penis is made up of 3 columns of tissue and the outer skin.  Have you hit yourself or do you ride a bike.  If it does not bother you or hurt you can just keep a eye on it but for your own peace of mind .  Go to a doctor or clinic near you and make sure all is well  Ken.

I would love to go see a doctor about this but these changes are very hard for anyone else to notice except for me . Only i can see these things on my penis gland when i squeeze it tight at a certain angle and lighting. so if i go to a doctor he would think there is nothing wrong. But only me and my anxiety issues notice all these small changes that occur. I really dont know what to do.

Hey John.  Like Dude said can you put a few more pics on so we can see what you are seeing.  We are the only person that can tell the difference in our body's.  I know my pee hole is bigger then it was after I had a catheter put in and it was pulling down.  I told my doctor and showed him he said if I wanted he can but a couple of stitches in it and I said no I will sit to go to the bathroom.  It okay I will live with it.  But it is all ways a good idea of taking a check on your body.  I have all ways done a check on myself after I take a bath.  I was told by a doctor that more men have to do that.  We have to be in control of our body's .  For your own good you should go to your doctor and show and tell him what you seeing and ask him about it he may surprise you.. Good luck  Ken
