While pigmentation change is common, this looks far more like a skin condition you have going on. The causes need to be determined by a Medical Professional as there are just too many things that could cause this. You most likely have a Dermatological reaction going on, or one of the Penile skin conditions, such as a form of Balanitis -so either your Regular Doctor / GP is the best starting point or you could go to a Sexual Heath Department at a Hospital (GUM Clinic) or a City Center Walk-In Sexual Health Center .....

Many thanks for your reply. Will definitely consult with dermatologist and in the meantime can coconut oil be applied to it, because i found that coconut oil has the ability to fight skin problems.

Yes, you can apply anything that is plant extract based - I know from many others with Genital skin conditions that they find Coconut Oil to be good for their condition. So yes, try that first - if you are going to get an adverse reaction that should occur pretty much straight away, should this occur try something else not chemical based ....

Did you had sex with anyone recently?
If you had sex was it protected or unprotected?
It looks like balanitis to me, skin change of meatus and around it is normal.
Keep it dry and wash with water only.
Do update here after the dermatologists visit.

No, i'm single and haven't had sex with anyone till now. But before two weeks i developed a rash (jock itch) on my thighs and have been taking medicines. And i'm doubting whether its because of the rash but don't know.

Then it is not an STD.
Try coconut oil for a week.
Does it itch?
If there is itching, apply clotrimazole 1% ointment for a week.

No its not itching and paining too. The head of the glans is changing colour and that's what i'm worried about. Hope its nothing serious. And yes i'm applying coconut oil for the last three days.
