Penis glans redness, occasional pain, swelling

over the last fee weeks ive had issues wirh my penis glans and meatus. soreness, redness, some swelling, occasional pain in testicles, and sometimes urethral pain. i went to a gp and urologist and both could not understand the symptoms. tested me for sti, uti, ect and all negative. 2 weeks after urologist said it should clear out on its own and to masturbate more i still have redness and sometimes odd swelling lines in penis glans. still worried. please help if you can.
