i have not had sex in over 3 years and my penis has been bothering me lately. i am not sure if i have had an std this whole time and its now showing symptoms or if its something else. i have no sores if anything i have a few bumps that look like pimples. it has been bothering me for a few weeks, i took a break from masturbating for close to a week then tried it for the first time again last night. my penis felt fine beforehand and then burned afterwards. can anybody give me any ideas? i also have the occasional itch around my genitals so ive been worried.i also have photos if that will help

I'm not sure tbh with you . I think you should go to a doctor to get it checked out properly.

where are the pimple like lumps? is that them just below your glans?

hard to tell from pic as they're sort of in the reflection. can you get clearer pic? I've had several lumps in the past but they were beneath the skin and there wasnt any opening on the surface of the skin. turned out to be cysts and got them cut off. is it the spots on your penis that itch or elsewhere?

it seems that you have a very tight circumcision- this can cause the pain after masterbation even if you do use lubricants. the spots look like pearly penile papules to me
