Penis has been feeling itchy, What to do?

I have had my urine tests done recently and it has come back clean. I get a little bit of itchiness near my penis head from time to time. It comes and goes. When it comes it doesn't last a very long time. I also at time get an irritating feeling in my urethra but that too passes after a while. I don't have any issues while urinating or any other symptoms related to this. Please advise on any diagnosis as I dont want to vist a health centre during these times of Coronavirus
