So I am basing my comments on what I can see in photo 2 & 3 (from left to right on the main row of photos) - basically, what the dermatologists have told you is true. What you may remember is a time when the head of your penis did not look like this - what would help is if answer the following: -

    • what is your age?
    • how would your describe your penile hygiene: do you wash after every time you urinate?
    • following sexual arousal and ejaculation do you clear away all traces of pre-ejaculate and semen: such as using paper tissues, then thoroughly washing?
    • what do you wash your penis with: a particular soap that you use EVERY time? when you shower or take a bath do you use a particular shower gel, different shower gels and body wash?
    • it looks like you are uncircumcised: when you take a shower is the entire head of your penis usually exposed or fully covered by your foreskin?
    • I am most interested in your usage of these - corticosteroid, hydrocortisone, steroids : are you able to specify how long a period you actually used each of these? - so for example was it a matter of days, 1 week, 2 weeks, a month, several months? Typically how long did you try each? Was it the dermatologists that prescribed these to you?

      .

As I say, what the dermatologists have told you is correct, however, that does not mean that you can work towards having the skin on the head of your penis much healthier than it currently is, and, it would require a strict penile health regime that you would always need to practice. Even by doing such, it is unlikely that you would see much discernable difference for between a year-and-a-half, and 3 years.

What is important is that the sooner you start working towards having healthy penile skin, the sooner you bring this about

Here is part of one of my Guide's:

      .

The best approach is not to use ANY SOAP on the Glans / Head of your penis - wash with water only EVERY time you have urinated, after sexual arousal, and ejaculation. If you are not circumcised, protect the Glans of your penis every time you take a shower by drawing the foreskin as far forward as you can, then wash everywhere else, thoroughly rinse off all the gels / shampoo and suchlike, then expose your glans wash it with the water only using the inside of your hand, then each time you have washed it you must make sure to 100% pat dry immediately afterwards with a clean towel.

      .

As you did not answer the detailed questions I asked of you the final recommendation would be that lots of men find benefit from applying Liquid Coconut Oil to the head and upper-shaft of the penis - apply a very light coating after a shower and having fully dried your penis.

As I previously stated, these good practices need to become a long-term habit and you may not see a great deal of difference in the health of your penile skin for way in excess of over a year
