Penis head burning intermittently for over a year

About 15 months ago i had unprotected sex with a woman. before having sex i did perform oral sex on her and her vagina did have an off taste. the next day my penis began to burn, i had lower abdominal pain, my eyes felt sore, i was giving off a strong odor from my genital area, and i was excreting a white fluid from my penis. 2 weeks later all of those symtoms have gone away except for the burning.

since then the head of my penis has burned for 2-5 days every 2ish weeks. The tip of my penis has also grown these small bumps that are unexplained by my urologist. (pictures attached).

does anyone have any clue what these bumps are? or have similar bumps?

hey, have you visited a gum clinic? Quick google search would tell you which ones are closer to you. it could be nothing related to that one sexual encounter but I would definitely suggest to get it checked.

have they not advised about what it could be if you tested negative for everything? Another way, could be for your GP to run some further tests based on the fact that all tested negative...

      also,

How do you clean? Avoid soap or hot water. Lukewarm is best.

How about condoms? have you used them recently? thinking of allergic reaction..

Do you wash with water after each ejaculation ? (even from masturbation) and dry gently?

Do you have anything at all on the rest of the penis or it is just your glande?

Sorry can not really see the pictures well..

once i tested negative i went to see a urologist and they said I shouldnt worry about it. but he cant explain the bumps in the glans area nor the burning. he suggested that i just wait and see if it goes away.

i shower in relatively warm water and use body wash. I dont scrub my penis with the soap, i rinse with water. however, soap does fall onto my penis as i wash my chest area.

i am uncircumsised so i do make sure to rinse the area under the skin thoroughly with water.

I havent had sex since so i havent worn any condoms. honestly too afraid ill infect someone with whatever i have. My urologist mentioned that whatever i have is not contagious and that if i want to have sex just do it when its not burning.

after each masturbation i dont always wash with water. that might be a contributing factor.

sorry that the pictures arent that great. its hard to pick up what im trying to show on my phone. but the small bumps are only present in the glans area, just around the urethra.

ill try to take better pictures.

I think avoiding soup in the area (PH and all), it is always a good thing - dont worry about soup running over - just make sure nothing under the foreskin . Dry it well but not rub it! when/ if you masturbate, make sure to wash your penis EVERY time (and make sure your hands are clean too whilst you masturbate). that should really help. check and see how it goes.. Re the bump sorry but I can really see them from those pics.

Try to follow the advise above for about a week and see how it goes.. Especially washing your penis end and cleaning after masturbation... does it itch after ejaculating?

no, it has never itched down there at all.

thanks for the advice and help. ill give an update in about a week.

so update. the burning had definitely decreased. occasionally it will burn randomly but not as often as it did prior.

The bumps still look the same however.

i also got retested for everything last week and it all came out negative.

glans area little similar to mine, only really shows when erect. Nobody can answer it.

Ive been tested and have hsv1, but this does not necesarilly relate to this encounter, but never had any issues prior. Defo get the nearest GUM an make sure they teat for everything.
