It’s probably a very slight infection. Chances are it will resolve in a week or 10 days. However, If it hurts, see a doctor now.

It is unlikely to kill you before Easter; but your todger may go black and drop off: don’t worry.  :-)

Looks like a very mild problem. You could try a couple of different creams (in succession). Maybe an anti-fungal first, such as over-the-counter creams for athlete's foot from a pharmacy.

I google change of color of penis color and saw cancer since then I lost 21 pounds and never feel hungry could this be  anxiety

You must have clicked on the wrong links. I just tried googling the same and got results that would have reassured, not panicked you!

Anxiety probably accounts for your lack of hunger. Solution: eat regularly anyway.

Unless you have HPV(warts) smoke, use opioids or have an unhealthy hygiene regiment then you aren't at risk for cancer. Cancer usually happens later in the 60s. But penile cancer is so rare that it happens to 1 in 1000000

Absolutely...and even with all those risk factors you probably won’t get a genital cancer.  However, if worried see a GP or a STD clinic.

“The skin on the head of your penis is thinner than the shaft skin, so it changes colour easily in response to blood flow," says Dr Levine. If you're Caucasian, it's normal to sport a red knob when you're aroused and a purple one when you're not. However, bright red – especially if it's accompanied by itching or pain – is a symptom of infection or an allergic reaction (possibly to latex). Black means your blood flow has been cut off; go to a hospital.
