Penis head discolouration,

Posted , 2 users are following.

hi there! Recently ive noticed this discoloration of the penis head. it started off pink then turned to the black color you see now. The black has calmed down as you may be able to see. My doctor gave me two opinions. He said it should heal but then stated he doesnt know if it will or not. i asked for a better answer than that. Any ideas? What is it?, what can i do to fix it?

Hi Josh, you need to see a urologist right away for a proper diagnosis!!

How long have you had it for? the discoloration of the glans looks like lichen sclerosus?

it used to be just pink but then turned purple, the purple was alot larger and slowly got smaller as you can kinda see above the bigger mark.

how long have your whole glans been pale looking? this is what looks like LS to me. the purple area or the bruising is the skin becoming very fragile. maybe I'm wrong but you should have it checked with a urologist.

Can I ask how old you are and how long has it been like this? Was the doctor a GP or a specialist?

Honestly, i didnt notice that the glads were pale because they were generally that colour from as long as I can remember. Im 19, i saw a Urologist, whom was honestly unsure about it all.

OK Josh did the urologist give you anything to treat it some cream maybe? If it doesn't improve then go back to him or maybe a second opinion would be no harm.

Have you ever had any trouble with your foreskin maybe phimosis ? Or is there any discolouration
