penis head, nub only visible when flaccid, HELP!!

hey, im 13 yrs old, and im uncircumcised. my penis is just the head, no shaft, when flaccid, but grows to be mabey 3 and a half or somtimes 4 inches when hard. why is it only the head sticks out when flaccid, why no shaft? please help, im super embaressed and get depressed

    The only thing I can say is that penises come in all sizes.  Talk with your father and tell him of you concerns  Take it easy on yourself.  Ken

    If you're only 13, then 3.5 to 4 inches when hard is fine.  It's unlikely you've even started with puberty yet, and even after that, your penis doesn't normally start growing much for two years after the onset of puberty, and can continue till after puberty has finished (till around age 21).

    I wouldn't worry about the size when soft, especially not at your age.  Some men are "show-ers" (so large when soft), and some are "growers" (small when soft), but there's much less variation when erect.  I'm a grower too, and it would be nice if my penis was bigger when soft, but I'm more than happy with it overall.
