The skin of my penis has changed colour which look different from the surrounding skin.When blood circulation is high it is lightish pink and sometimes it is white,is it vitiligo or something else,please tell and what are the treatments?

Looks like your foreskin hasn't detached from the glands nearby and maybe on the other side. So I'm wondering if that was the case where the mark is & it's just scaring you got?

Hi I'd have it checked with your doctor you could have a fungal infection or something like lichen sclerosus. I think you also have some adhering foreskin to the glans.

Looks like lichen sclerosus, need to visit a doctor soon
