Penis head small dimple/dent

Its hard for me to show people with photos, because it is hard to notice on a camera.

But what could be the reason for new dimple/dents on the penis head? The only time I can notice it is when i squeeze my penis glans very hard , and it looks like theres a dent that i know 100% was not there before. Im so worried and anxious about this problem. PLEASE someone, without going to the doctor what could this be????

    You'll certainly need to post a picture for us to be able to advise more accurately. Alternatively, you'd need to show a doctor if you're not comfortable posting on the internet.

    that area of white discoloration on the lower part , there is a slight dent when i squeeze the head .

    It looks pretty normal to me, hey. See if it changes in any way and then take it from there.

    I think I have something similar to what you mention.

    first of all..its not lichen planus...i have the same think and i dont know what is it..John do u have found it ??
