The surface of penis head has had bit of rash with slightly increased blood vessels. Surface of glans penis often feels damp. It could be related to infection. i tested positive for mycoplasma and have a bit clear discharge.
Should i worry? What is it?

Hi I have the same thing plus inflamed urethra, red scrotum and slight burning in the anus. All started after sketchy sex encounter protected by condom. 5 months in now. Had all std tests done taken doxy, azithromicin and antifungals. Nothing helped. If you develop more symptoms messege ma as I think I know what it might be.
