I am not sure if the small white things on my penis are normal or not. I tried to find similar picture but I have failed to find something that looks the same. What do you think this is?

are you using any soaps down there?
could just be normal! but if they are new get it checked!

Did not use any soap. is this job for an urologist or dermatologist?
I think I have a slight pain there, but cannot be sure of the exact location.
