Penis head wrinkled and rough texture

Posted , 3 users are following.

About 2 months ago I noticed the head of my penis is rough and wrinkled. I started to moisturize and it has become even worse. It used to be smooth texture. I am mortified because I think it looks unsightly and I just started dating a girl and am terrified she will reject me when she sees it. I stay very healthy and just got screened for STDs. My doctor says it's nothing but I believe otherwise. Is this normal(see pictures)? Are there moisturizers I can use? Will I ever be able to recover or am I SOL? I'm very depressed and could use anyone's advice

I see the photo now. However, usually links to external photo display sites are removed by the moderator on here, so best to re-post it by uploading to this site and this thread.

I understand your concern, but there is unlikely to be anything serious going on. Try various creams, in turn, including anti-fungal. Mainly, however, I repeat : try a gentle moisturiser.

No photos visible, but chances are you are being oversensitive about this.

There is so much more to sex and relationships than appearance, particularly the genitals, which in both sexes can vary and are not usually regarded as pretty. No need to anticipate your girl-friend's reaction. Leave that to her.

For your own satisfaction you could:

Try a different skin cream - even an anti-wrinkle cream, perhaps.

Learn to love yourself 'warts and all' - no body is perfect.

Hey bud, this is completely normal for a circumcised man. When the foreskin is removed there is nothing protecting the head of the penis so it calluses and causes this look. Nothing can fix this unless you restore your foreskin or magically regrow one. That or essentially wear something that keeps your penis from rubbing on clothes l, drying from the air etc. It may get worse and it may not change but I doubt it would get better unless you do what I listed above. Good luck
