Penis irritation

Hi all

Around 1.5 months ago i had unprotected sex. since then nothing.

in the past few weeks i have had some irritation to my foreskin and also glans/tip of my penis.

My foreskin was initially just a small patch of peeling / dry skin. The top of my foreskin which would cover my glans is now irritated / inflamed.

The glans of my penis feels a little tender & there is an extremely dull pain which comes and goes. it will sometimes look a little red / inflamed too. The skin also looks a little wrinkled around the meatus.

My doctor has prescribed me Canesten HC Cream. whilst i dont feel symptoms are getting any worse im not sure if this is helping.

Between myself and the person who i had sex with we have tested negative for the below :

Chlamydia trachomatis: negative

Neisseria gonorrhoea: negative

Mycoplasma genitalum: negative

Ureaplasma DNA: negative

Trichomonas vaginalis: negative

Gardnerella vaginalis: negativeGonorrhoea: negative

Chlamydia: negative

HIV Blood: negative

Syphilis: negative

Herpes type 2: negative

Herpes type 1: Positive

HPV(Low & High risk): Negative

i cant see any classic signs of anything i am suffering from. Has anyone else had similar or have any words of advice ?
