Penis Issue

Hello all,

It's been more than a few weeks since I pulled my foreskin back by accident in the shower. Since then my penis has been a little red and the skin gets pulled further back without me do anything to it. Now i have a big red blob of skin coming out of it and every time I get an erection at night, I would get up and not be able to sleep until it goes away. I haven't been able to sleep in a few days now. It itches if I wear loose boxers (I use tight ones now though) while walking or sitting. Anyone have any idea what medicine or cream or anything I can do to get rid of the fat blob? I can't stand this anymore.

Go and find a doctor asap. We've all had embarrassing moments in our lives...but there are moments where you need to understand that there is you, who is the most important in the particular situation. People visit doctors for so many unneeded things.. Visit your GP, ER, whatever...i'd say it is an urgent situation, let them check it out and decide. And help you. save the willy! I hope you have understanding parents...just say it was swollen when you woke up. Night erections are normal and smthing like that can happen. all the best

I am going to walk into my doctors office tomorrow, I am sure he will be able to see me. I was going to actually say that. "I woke up and it's all red and swollen. I need to see the doctor."

If I were you, i really would not delay it. if the blood circulation is poor, that really is not good. Jee, i wish you all the best. you can even show your second photo to the nurse, i am sure, you'll be admitted with no hesitation

I was hoping you were going to go last night, but get there as soon as you can.  This is a medical emergency. (have you really had this for weeks?!?)  perpl's suggestion of showing the photos to the nurse will probably get you to the front of the queue.

This isn't something that's going to go away without medical help, so you need to bite the bullet and get to the docs.  Sure, it's embarrassing, but doctors are pretty much unshockable, and they see stuff that's way more embarrassing than this all the time.  Women have to lie on their backs with their legs in the air on a regular basis while doctors look inside them with a speculum and flashlight, so we get off lightly.

Good luck, and let us know how you get on.

    Hello!

Your foreskin / inner foreskin seem to be very swollen. I hope it eases soon. Wishing you the best of luck. The doctors will probably give you something to ease that.

Thank you everyone for the kind words. I was trying to catch up on sleep which is why I didn't respond to the messages. I will be going to the doctors as soon as I can today.

And I haven't had the swelling for a few weeks, only for a few days. The pulling of the foreskin happened couple weeks ago, swelling happened just recently.

Thanks again to everyone's advice. I hope it doesn't come down to surgery.

When you hit reply, you will see a button at the upper right hand corner (the one to the right of the smily face), and then you can upload the pics.

Hey everyone, I'm in the er now. Was visited by a doctor and said the specialist will take about 2 hours. For now not much pain, as wearing the hospital gown. Again I really do appreciate everyone's support getting through this. I am praying I do not need surgery.

Great news.  I was worried you were going to try putting it off and hoping it would fix itself.  Hope you're back to normal soon.  It's not the end of the world if you do need surgery, but I'd try to avoid a full circumcision if I were you.

Did the doctor send you straight to ER?

After I found out what it was, there was no way I was waiting. I definetly do not want surgery or full circumcision but my normal doctor said that will be last resort.

Yes my normal doctor said that its best to go to the er now since no one else had availability today.

Will keep everyone updated what specialist says.

    Hey all!

I'm back home and in one piece. The procedure went well however I'm very drowsy and lightheaded so I'm off to bed.

I really like to say thanks for everything and for being my second family. It means a lot to me smile. Good night and take care all!!

Hey everyone. I'm doing much better now. Slight pain still from the swelling, but not as much. However I do notice there is white/yellow liquid that keeps coming out. I have a check up with the doctor next week. In the mean time, does anyone know if this is normal due to this infection !

That may be pus coming from the infection.  If you've had that swelling for weeks, then that's only to be expected.  I'd definitely get it checked out though, and maybe move the doctor's appointment forward.

Will do. Just thought maybe I had another infection or something.

      Thank you.

many infections are being fought by our bodies, and our body wins. If it would be all swollen, red, painful..you should get antibiotics. a little pus doesn't sound alarming. It seems you are a success story - you were an easy case smilesmile
