Penis Looks Like An Alien

I used to have really bad phimosis, over the years it's gotten better along with my hypersensitivity. , as I worked on it. I can now retract my foreskin while not erect but it looks crazy weird, is this the result of the foreskin still being to tight or is it another issueimage

Look up frenulumbrave. It .could cause this or it could just be that your forcing the foreskin back too far and it doesn't look like that when not manually retracted

      Sorry, frenulum breve

The reason I pulled it back this far is because if I don't , it all builds up, my foreskin builds up. Or bunches up . From what I'm aware, the foreskin is meant to go down and blend in, not be all bunched up .

Well done for working on the issues you had with your penis! I had a very similar experience myself and I was able to eventually free-up Phimosis bound foreskin. As you say, your penis does look weird.

I would wonder whether it always predominantly bends to that one side - that is, is it ever pointing straight-ahead?

I have seen many explanations, through photographs of what frenulum breve is, and I have seen nothing like this. Although Tangki2 is a Urologist - so he has the superior knowledge here, and, he says a frenulum breve can cause this.

Can you explain what you mean by " all bunched up " ? What I see in the photograph is the skin being really tight near the bottom of your penile shaft - is this where you mean it is "bunching up" ?

If you went along to a Urologist they may simply say that you should start any treatment by getting circumcised, and then see what the results of that would be. Essentially this could: not cure what you see in front of you now; and, cause other problems associated with no longer having a foreskin and leave you open to the possibility of complications due to the surgery itself.

The focus should be that you have done really well to overcome your Phimosis situation, this far in you life. It would be a shame to get circumcised with all the negative impacts that would have, and the other complications you may experience too.

You could simply get a referral to see a Urologist, or if you live in a really large city, a Walk-In Sexual Heath Service where you could go in and ask to see one of the Urologists who are based there, or make arrangements to see one when they are available. ......

The foreskin is very unique; much like the penis differs from person to person so it's not unusual for this to happen. It honestly looks like you are just trying to retract the skin too far and with a mix of phimosis it causes this appearance. What are you using to work on your phimosis? There's steroid creams that may work but there's also stretching regiments that if used consistently it will definitely fix your issue sooner or later. Stretching the skin is essentially inserting fingers into your foreskin and gently pulling apart until you feel pressure - not enough to cause any pain. Do this for as long as you can as many times a day as you can unless you feel a wound occurring.

Once you cure your phimosis you shouldn't worry about how it looks as long as it's not causing any pain during sex or masterbation.

If you were my patient circumcision would not be an option whatsoever. I live in the United states where the foreskin is removed for any slight issue and not only is this a great shame but very harmful. The United states also has the highest std, HIV and infection rates out of the first world as well as the highest rates of erectile dysfunction( it desensitizes the head of the penis and removes the sensitive inner foreskin)- this can be proven by the fact this country uses 70 percent of the world's viagra and vasodilator use.

I'm a urologist and circumcised but not by choice so I know what I'm missing, especially since I've had heavy circumcision complications since birth so I assure you that circumcision should not be a choice and anyone who has seen a child with an irreparable complication to the penis would advise against it.
