Weird sensations in Penis

I have a feeling of being blocked in my penis shaft and pressure on the tip of my penis. After I pee it feels like I dribble then it stops then it starts again and feel like it gets trapped halfway in my urethra. Now it feels like it get trapped in the tip and is a annoying feeling , this feeling turns to a pressure feeling when sitting and later feels like it wants to explode .I have done every test , CT scan , urinary ultrasound blood tests bacteria tests std tests . The only thing they can find is blood in the urine test from the dip test . Im trying to see a urologist so I can get a cystocopy. When I pee I feel a slight sting and burning sensation after I pee. Also my groin area keeps spasming now and then and I feel a warm sensation in my perinium. My prostate is normal and my blood psa is normal . Please help if you have experienced this . It’s been 2.5 months for me . I find it hard to work because I have to wear a tool belt that’s compulsory and when I sit and wear this belt I feel pressure on the tip of my penis like it will explode . I’m lost for explanations . Sometimes it’s a pain of 1 and sometimes it’s a pain of 7 . It’s constantly there and it’s ruining my mental health . What scares me is that I feel it will never get better because doctors tell me nothing is wrong this make me think I’m stuck like this forever please help
