Penis pain after masturbation
Posted , 4 users are following.
Hi, I have been experiencing a pain after masturbation in the shaft of my penis. It pains for almost 20 to 30 minutes after ejaculation. My masturbation frequency is almost twice a week. Anyone knows what could be the problem?

Hey Jake
You have to remember that the penis is a muscle and muscles will hurt from time to time. Maybe you are holding it to tight. Twice a week is not much. Try holding it more loose.
Be safe...Ken

Hi ken,
Today I tried masturbating with loose grip but I still had some pain in shaft. Do you think there can be any other reason for pain?

So you tried a loose grip and it is still pain. I'm trying to think what would cause it.
Maybe the blood is taking to long to come out of the tissue. It is had to say. I know sometimes when I masturbate n the third try. It does hurt but I leave it alone for a few days and it goes away.
How long does it take you to have your orgasm. Maybe you are taking to lone. All I know is if it is like this the next time you go to a doctor. Asking him about it. Maybe he would have some ideas.
Good luck

Yes, third time in a day hurts a lot. Btw when I masturbates over shaft, I take 4 to 5 minutes to orgasm but if I masturbates on head then I take about 2 to 3 minutes only. I don't think I'm taking too long, right! I try to masturbate slowly to last longer.

No you are not taking to long. It takes me about 15 minutes Sometimes a hour then it will hurt. You must have very sensitive penis. You also have to remember that you have a lot of nerves in it.
Just try to relax

Yeah, my penis is very sensitive and I try to keep my foreskin unrolled to decrease the sensitivity of my head. But still it is quite sensitive. I could just dream for lasting that long.. haha!
Btw, my penis has little curvature. Do you think that could cause the pain?

That could be one reason. That could be the reason the blood does not go out as fast. Do you have any problem with sex. I would not worry about you
There are to many other problems that are worse

I don't have any problem as such with sex. And I didn't know that because of curvature blood flow can affect. Do you think I should see the doctor for curvature problem?

Good morning. That is good that you don't have a problem with sex. But not seeing the penis I can't say if the curvature is that bad.
It may be a good idea to see a urologist and to ask him some questions. They do have some non surgical option that may help you. Most of the time when a curve is there is because of scare tissue
Be safe and take care of you. This is your life

It is not curved when flaccid but as soon as it gets semi flaccid it gets little curved but when it gets fully hard you can see the curvature.

Mine does the same thing and to me its a huge difference from what it is normally. How far is it curved?

I also thought to tighter grip at first. Obviously not that. It could be an older injury that is still aggravated by the extra pressure when ejaculating. But I'd expect you to have that whenever you're fully hard tbh.
When someone says taking to long to masturbate, it's usually in the hours, so don't think this applies to you.
As for the curvature, it could be linked, but many men have some curvature, so generally it's something that may not look how you would like, but otherwise doesn't do harm.

Thanks for replying. Btw I don't have any injury in shaft but I have the history of balanitis.

Well, I'm not sure what else to suggest. Balanitis is unlikely to cause this issue from my understanding. Maybe some general soreness in that area, esp afterwards if the spunk isn't washed off soon after.
As for the curvature, you have nothing to worry about, the majority of guys have that much curvature one way or another.
Prob see a professional if someone else doesn't put you on the right track here. You're not the only one asking about this, so check the other guys threads too if you haven't.
All the best.
