Penis pain inside. Help!

i have been experiencing some pain in my penis lately. more so down the bottom of the penis. Chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas, mycoplasma genitalium all negative. urinalysis came back normal so no UTI. what could be the cause. never had any sores or ulcers. im awaiting a appointment at the hospital but its taking ages. went to my GP but they said it was best to wait for hospital appointment as other STDs have been ruled out.

please help with suggestions

    describe the pain ?

    numbing ? tingling sensation?

    and where exactly? bottom of the shaft or bottom of the head ?

      its more of a discomfort pain. mainly in the middle of the penis shaft up towards the head. it comes with an urge to urinate. the strangest part is the fact i tend to feel this discomfort more when i sit down. any ideas? only thing i havnt been tested for is syphilis and hiv. but they dont cause my symptoms from what iv learnt

    I'm having the same issue. it comes and goes but now I notice when i touch it a little bit it hurts. I do get rashes but they go away. and my p**s has a wierd stream. i have been worried for months..

      what kinda pee stream do you have? mine is ok to start with but towards the end it gets very slow and then more like droplets for quite a while. a lot longer than it use to
