Penis pain while sex

Hello I am 27 years old my penis was small when i had sex my foreskin of penis will go back and struck and penis forehead will pain very severe if I try to close forehead with skin it didn't cover when it touch to short it will pain very severe I can't do sex forehead pain was very severe it become very small after 3 days the foreskin will automatically cover send me some prescriptions to avoid pain in penis please tell me how to avoid the pain and grow penis size

    It sounds like you have phimosis.  Some men don't see that as a problem, but personally, I'd get it looked at both for hygiene and sexual enjoyment.  It can usually be fixed with stretching or steroid creams, but occasionally preputioplasty or circumcision may be required.

    If the foreskin gets stuck behind the glans (the bell-shaped head of the penis), then that's paraphimosis.  If you can't fix it yourself, you should go to A&E or get to a doctor asap.

    You need to see a doctor though.  You can see your GP, or If you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

    The foreskin can be stretched btw, but I don't think there's much you can do to increase the size of the rest of the penis.

      The foreskin was not tight it struck when I had sex or mastrubation behind glans.when it struck the penis had lot of pain any treatment for the pain which had no side effects

      For closing glans it take some time automatically Cover by foreskin after two days

      Sorry, but I'm still strugglng to understand.  When you say "closing glans", do you mean the foreskin going back over it?  There's no way that should take two days, and it sounds like you have paraphimosis, which means you should see a doctor.

      I don't think there are any regular painkillers that will specifically target the pain in your penis by the way.

    At age 27, your penis will not grow since it will only grow during puberty. You could have gotten human growth hormone during that time but now it is too late. I don't have any foreskin, so I don't don't know what problems you are going through.

    My penis is small because I have 47 chromosomes and I am a xxy male. I have 2 cm when not hard. Have you gone to a doctor to find out what can be done for your foreskin. If your are experiencing pain you should go to a doctor now. Maybe a doctor can give you pain medication Good luck
