Okay MD_ , what you need to get in the habit of is taking care of things for your penis, and this means practicing good penile hygiene on a daily basis, and doing good stuff each time you urinate.

You did the right thing by searching and finding out about Balanitis, although most cases of this are far more worse that what you currently have.

Here is part of one of my Guides on penile Hygiene:

    .

The best approach is not to use ANY SOAP on the Glans / Head of your penis - wash with water only EVERY time you have urinated, after sexual arousal (when you are a bit older), and ejaculation (perhaps when you are doing this in a few years time). When you take a pee make sure you draw your foreskin away from the tip of the penis, before urinating, if you cannot wash, such as when you are out of the house, get a little bit of toilet tissue or paper tissue and wipe carefully around the tip of the penis to remove urine residue.

As you are not circumcised, protect the Glans of your penis every time you take a shower by drawing the foreskin as far forward as you can, then wash everywhere else, thoroughly rinse off all the gels / shampoo and suchlike, then expose your glans wash it with the water only using the inside of your hand, then each time you have washed it you must make sure to 100% pat dry immediately afterwards with a clean towel.

    .

Essentially, if you learn how to take care of red dots and spots now, this will stand you in good stead for when you are sexually active, and throughout adulthood - if you have any further questions simply hit the Reply Button ....

I do wash it every day one or 2 times and i wash myself everyday the 2 days of washing that i missed were for the first time in like 3 months.I guess i am really unlucky 😦.I already knew i had to wash it really often but now i am going to make sure to dry the glans every time i pee/wash it.Thank you for your help and i am sorry for my age i know its not really appropriate but i was desperate and i am too embarrassed to ask my parents about it. I hope it gets better and i am really a lot more satisfied that it is not something that serious and i don't need to see a doctor for it and that i can fix it myself.Have a good day.

I have a few other questions. Is it something serious? Is it something common in that age?Is it something rare that doesn't happen often to boys in that age?

No, it is not serious. I do not know how common it is at your age. It will get better if you keep your hygiene right for your penis.

I have another question. It is about one of the testicals.I know i may sound paranoid of every single thing and it is like that and i am sorry if i am a bit annoying.1 of my testicals has been bigger than the other ever since i remember my self. But recently something small inside the scrotum it is not a part of the testical itself it is something next to it.I can provide pictures if needed.

No, sorry, you cannot post images on the internet no matter what the circumstances.

I think the only way to get checked what is going on inside the scrotum is to go see a Doctor.

ok can you give me a rough idea. There is no pain no itching no uncomfortables.Just if it is something common in puberty and its fine or i should see a doctor cause from the things i have read online none of them describe my cause. There are no sideeffects to this it is just something visual it is not on the skin it is on the inside

If you can't give me a rough idea i would understand you.You can't tell what something is only by explanation.I am just probably going to see how it develops and if something bad happens i can insure you that i will look for a doctor asap.I am probably worrying for no reason.

Yes, as you say MD, an explanation is not good enough. The practice of medicine is based on, yes as you say here, an explanation by the patient, then the doctor will ask specific questions to get a better idea of what may be happening, then, fundamentally, do a physical examination of what is actually going on and check for other symptoms, either by asking you questions, or / and doing other physical checks.

I know the natural thing is to be extremely hesitant and even particularly embarrassed about someone else checking out your genitals, but regular / family doctors / GP's check people's genitals on a very regular basis and think very little of it.

Doctors are more concerned with dealing with health issues before they become a major issue as they are far easier to treat. So my advice would be NOT to wait and see what develops, or even until something bad happens as it may be too late by then.

If you examine yourself, gently, all you should feel inside your scrotum are your two testicles and perhaps the tube that leads from each testicle, nothing else.

So if you can, talk about this with one of your parents and say you think you may have something unusual withing your scrotum and that you would like to be sure about what it may be ......
