Penis Problem (Urination, 'coldness', etc.)

Hello. For two days, without apparent cause, I had some nipping after urination. That passed, but for the past 8 or so days I've been feeling a variety of strange sensations. Feeling like I need to urinate a lot, but also a somewhat uncomfortable feeling that I can only describe as a sense of coldness inside the shaft. It's somewhat like a subtle cold water dripping feeling, but almost imperceptible. Generally the whole area, mainly below the testicles, feels different and can't quite explain it. All of this is constant throughout the day and it can be difficult to focus on anything. I haven't experienced anything like this before, but it doesn't seem to be going away. As far as I'm aware I haven't changed my routine although admittedly I do sit down a lot. Also, last year I did have a strange prolonged episode of, well, anal twitching. I'm worried it might be prostate cancer or something of the sort, but I am only 26.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Sorry, I should add that these feelings, though not painful, are sufficient enough to make me feel like I need to constantly 'squeeze out' something. Almost like there's some cold water in my penis. At other times it's generally below the testicles. It's almost a feeling as if my bladder, as strange as it sounds, has moved down to below my testicles and it's full.

Do you have a constant urge to pee?

Or a feeling at the tip of your urethra?

Sometimes there is a burning feeling.

Hi bro. I know what you are experiencing, its prostatitis, i have all those symptoms you are experiencing, although, my twitching was around the ball sack testes area. Was diagnosed this year after seeing 3 urologists.

agree but do check ureaplasma mycoplasma bug which can cause all this issue

and not always tested and tests are not always accurate

I have the urge to pee far more often, but I'd say that comes from the feeling of my penis rather than the regular feeling of having a full bladder. If that makes any sense. So technically, I do. Right now I'm aware that it sort of feels like I need to pee, even though I've just been about 10 minutes ago. The feeling is more like something in the urethra, a sort of tingling or movement. It's very difficult to describe. It's not the worst thing in the world, but I don't want to put it of course. It's strange that my twitching episode was quite a long time ago. It vanished and hasn't come back again. Then just in the last few days I've had the two days of nippy urination followed by a little over a week of this more frequent urination and the subtle tingling feelings. I wouldn't thought the twitching would have started with all this, but I obviously can't say much on these matters.

Well, I'll have to consult someone about potential prostatitis. Thanks.

Apologies for all the messages, but just want to clarify things further as I've been a bit messy with my responses. I don't have any trouble peeing when I do, it's just the frequency that's increased. That probably means I'm not peeing fully, but when I do pee it's not a stop-start issue. I don't feel any pain or burning or anything like that (that was only for first two days when the problem started). It's really just the tingling/cold/'something inside the urethra' feeling and the feeling of needing to pee that are the main experiences. And I suppose the twitching last year which I should include.
