Penis problem won’t go for almost one year.

Hello guys, in March 2019 I had an unprotected(last one since then) sexual intercourse with a girl and after the act I found out she had Candida and BV. I have taken the treatment recommended by her gynecologist. After the treatment i had the impression that I still had some symptoms so I applied another 2 weeks clotrimazole, the dermatologist said to me to take fluconazole 50mg/one per day for 2 weeks. In the summer I went back to her because my glans wasn't looking how i knew it. Then she gave me 2 cream( both had an corticosteriod, anti fungal and anti biotic in the comp) to apply for one week. I finished the treatment but my glans was worse. I have done all the STD test, fungal culture from urine, swabs from glans and everything came back negative. I also have a burning in my urethra AFTER I pay and after I ejaculate( not always). I will attach some photos. The glans sometimes looks very shiny and dried, sometimes only dried, sometimes is sticky, is has a permanent redness in the front and around the opening of the urethra. Do you have any suggestions?

Can you explain a bit more about what you mean by this:
" I also have a burning in my urethra AFTER I pay and after I ejaculate( not always). "
Not sure what you mean by after you pay? In terms of ejaculating, is this after masturbation only, or are you currently sexually active ...... ?

A certain amount of irritation can be present in the urethra and meatus following masturbation or sex - it is when the sensations become persistent that this would be suggestive there is a infection present.
I would suggest you see a GP / Family / Regular Doctor about this .....

After going to a lot of Urologists and doing a lot of tests. One doctor found that i have Fungus on the urethra. Prior to that I made a lot of culture tests and other for Candida and for all bugs but they never showed up. So anyone that has this kind of problem and nothing shows up on tests, consider this Candida fungus. Now I am on treatment but there is little improvement, maybe because I had it for almost 1 year without treatment. I hope things will get better.

I notice several posts on this forum have similar features. A dry erythematous patch on top of the glans (or sometimes in surrounding areas as well.) Accompanied with inflammation and/or redness at the urethral opening. Some of these posters also mention intermittent burning sensations after voiding/ejaculation, but not all of them.
I wonder if all these cases are actually invasive candida infections, that have moved up into the bladder and kidneys. That would explain the chronic urethral inflammation?
It's good that JohnSticla312 's doctor was able to detect the fungus. I feel like most physicians usually miss it because it can take many tests to detect from what I've been reading.

100mg fluconazole/ day for 2 weeks, clotrimazole cream twice daily, and something that boosts your immune system.

If the fungus (candida) has started to invade the bladder and/or kidneys, especially after a year, I think it's going to take a lot longer with several treatments of antifungals to clear. Additionally, it will take more time for the skin to heal since it was irritated for so long. Do you find that the penis becomes more red or looks worse when you have an erection?
...........................................................................................................................................................................................
Here is a case study about a fungal infection in the bladder that needed surgical removal, as well as IV antifungals. Hopefully your case is not that extreme.
...............................................................................................................................................................................
"An emergent cystoscopic examination revealed empyema of the bladder with the presence of multiple soft, white, ball-like lesions adhering to the bladder wall. Endoscopic removal of these lesions using various endoscopic instruments, including an Ellik evacuator and forceps, was unsuccessful as these strands of tissue were extremely adhesive to the bladder mucosa (Figure 1). Failing to remove these lesions endoscopically, a suprapubic cystotomy was performed. Balls of filamentous tissue were seen in the bladder cavity, along with a thickened and hardened bladder wall. The lesions were successfully evacuated (Figure 2) and a suprapubic catheter and a urinary catheter were inserted intraoperatively. Based on a clinical diagnosis of fungal infection of the bladder, empirical intravenous fluconazole was prescribed. Histological examination of the specimen revealed large numbers of yeast and pseudophyphae, and the fungal culture of the specimen tested positive for candida tropicalis."

I really don't know. When my penis is erected it looks better because the skin is stretched, but after i masturbate, it turn red with some white points inside the redness. I hope my case is not that bad and I will get better soon, but I regret taking that fluconazole that did nothing, only poisoned my body. also I hope the situation will get better because I will stop taking antibiotics, because I took cipro , levofloxacin, azitorx, and another 2 antibiotics because i always went to the doctor saying that i have discomfort while urinating, while sitting(urethra hurt) and they just assumed is prostatitis caused by bacteria, but I think the candida is the main culprit.
