Penis problems/erection problems

Hello, for over a year I have had problems with my penis. I am 20 years old and it began almost suddenly from. One day I just could not have erection and after some time my penis as if changed and now it feels flappy almost all the time, its light as feather and it just feels weird kind of when you sleep on your arm and it becomes a bit numb. I used to have often erections during days and even in the morning and now I dont even have my morning erections. I dont think this is problem in my head because I can get aroused and I can get some erection but its never as it were before and it doesnt last long. Sometimes its better sometimes its worse. I had my testosterone checked and its normal. I dont have any urinary problems. I also have varicocele, I am going to visit doctor soon but I just wanted to see if anyone any idea what this could be and what I should be prepared for. I take daily saunas to help my blood circulation. Any feedback will be helpful.

    Have you seen a specialist such as a Urologist?

      Not yet, as I said I am going to visit specialist soon. I just had my hands full with work and school for quite some time.
