Penis Problems!!! i don't know what to do, please help..URGENT!!!

Hi there, my boyfriend has been having penis problems recently. He's 27 now.

I'll begin with phimosis. I had told him to do some stretching exercises and use cream, it has worked. Finally we decided to have sex few days ago, (his first time) and when he was erect and trying to penetrate he told me that he was getting some kinda pricking pain sensations on the head, mainly the tip of his penis. But he ignored it and we had sex. He even said while we were having sex he felt great and no pain occurred, but only while penetration it did a bit. we did it three times that day, and he said the pain had gone.

the problems start here...after the sex, the next day he noticed that he was peeing crooked. And each time it wasn't the same angle as before, it differed. He said there was no pain or anything whatsoever.

I tried googling why he was suddenly peeing crooked but I got no answer. i don't know whether its normal or not. And I also have no experience with male 'virgins'...

today... we wanted to have sex again, and he got erect, but every time he was trying to penetrate, he was getting pain on his tip, his urethra opening, and he just got soft with that pain. He also says that he only gets this pain while his erect. I want to know whether this is normal or not.

Also I noticed some swelling at the opening, I'm not sure whether it really is a swelling or not either, but it didn't look normal to me.

And one last question, I wanted to know if the color of the penis (the meatus) can be pink and white. Is it normal or not?

I have sent pictures below...

Sorry you guys are having a problem.  Your best bet is for your boy friend to make a appointment with a urologist.  He will be able to tell him what is going on. It is better to be safe then sorry  Let us know what is going on  Ken

What kind of cream has he been using, and how much progress has he made?  The stretching should be gentle, and he should take it slow, even if he seems to be making rapid progress.  The sex should be even gentler.  Lots of lube, and stop if it hurts, even if that's frustrating for either or both of you.

The peeing crooked thing doesn't sound like a big deal, and it seems to fairly for circumcised men as a result or urethral stricture or meatal stenosis.  I'm not circumcised, but I get it myself if I pee within a few minutes after ejaculation before my penis has gone soft again.

The colour doesn't worry me too much, and is probably just mild meatitis due to irritation or friction injury.

Judging by that second picture, I'm not sure he needs to see a doctor, but if he does, please let us know what they say.

One thing to watch out for is paraphimosis.  If the foreskin gets trapped below the glans when erect, and he can't fix it with manual pressure and cold water, then he needs to seek urgent medical attention.  He should go to A&E (that's ER for Americans) if he has to.  Paraphimosis is rare but serious.

Yes, paraphimosis hasn't occurred, so yeah we're good.

The photos look normal. No swelling that I can see. Colour OK too. Also foreskin looks fine - maybe a bit more stretching would be good. No idea why the pain is occurring. Pee direction issue cause might be that some semen has dried in the meatus, but urinating should clear it.

I think the best thing is to go see the doctor to make sure all is ok.  The one picture looks like your a little dry.  Cleaning with a different soap may help some but go see a doctor just to be safe Ken

Ohh, I didn't know about the semen drying thing.. it could be that. And yes, i told him to stretch more as well.

I'm not sure but I think his urethral opening looks bigger than usual.... everything u said is not normal so take him to hospital asap

The urethral opening (meatus) looks normal, and I don't see any urgent need to see a doctor.  I suspect that everything will just fix itself if left alone,  Personally, I wouldn't see a doctor, but I wouldn't talk someone out of seeing a doctor either, and I'd be interested to hear what they say.  It's something that can wait though.

Thankyou so much.. yes he didn't go to the doctor. I had told him to wait and observe himself, so he's peeing normally now. Everything's fine.. but the only worry i have now, is why he's in pain at the tip during penetration. It's what stops us from sex.

Have you tried sex using a condom? I wonder if the rubber would hold his opening together to make it more comfortable?
