Penis reddish skin spreading and shiny

Around September I had pain in penis glans and lump feeling on left side of glans and then went to see a urologist, he gave some anti-inflammatory medication with no effect , Urine culture, Doppler was normal.

Then he provided betnovate cream application and the pain was there.

I went to another Urologist, he digonised with Prostatis and gave medication like

Amitriptylin and Levofloxcin. The pain went down ... Meanwhile the skin was changing color like reddish and shiny on the penis. I was also having high triglycerides and went to my doctor he prescribed me Rosuvastatin (10 mg) + Fenofibrate (160 mg) and it's normal now. My second urologist suggested to see a dermatologist and from two months he gave some antioxidants and digonised balanitis. Now I went again last week he digonised with lichen planus. I still feel lumpish feeling on left side of glans ( sometimes pain ) but the skin is getting red and shiny and darker than before. I'm suffering from facial warts from one year, i removed them two times and have no sexual history from 4yrs.

Can you please help? Shall I do some more tests? What does it look like?

This sounds like a difficult situation for you to deal with. You are seeing the right Medical experts but they are not coming up with a way to resolve the situation. You made the right choice to see a different Urologist but it sounds like they are not getting to the bottom of what you actually have.

Can you clarify whether you have actually seen a Dermatologist yet and if so what treatment they have given you?

Thanks for your reply, yes he suggested to use Desonide gel for two weeks, but I'm using it from 5 days with no effect.

I visited the doctor he said its Lichen skin disease and no need to worry, it usually resolves within a year. Let's hope for the best.

Lichen based skin disorders do not heal themselves, they are incurable skin conditions.

You need to see a Dermatologist who deals with Genital Skin Disorders ......
