Penis redness and red dot come out over and over again

i need some one take a look at it seriously. because i had this issue since May of 2019 and I have family and children. very afraid to infection.

I'm 32 years old and last year April i had some massage service of course some extra service they had i used condom but they did with their mouth before use condom.

after that in may in my penis head had some red dot's some not really painful. sometimes it feels itchy.

i went hospital several times, last one was January 2020. Urology and Skin doctors take my urine and blood test.

And they both said that it's only skin problem. nothing named like what kind of or exact name for this issue.

I have got some cream steroid cream. i'm using it since May of 2019. nothing improved same issue happening every month. And now my penis get some strange red colored, like shown following picture.

there are some other things happening.

  1. itchy feeling some strange pain
  2. red pimples come out
  3. red pimples will pop up
  4. i can see my skin get peeled after pop up
  5. some strange white stuff in my penis head (like pic above in several image)

please help me, am i have STD and if it's what kind of test i should take?

    have you taken a igg test for herpes to rule that out?

      I'm not sure what test i took. last time doctor said that white cell of my blood is normal. it was in January of this year.

      August of 2019 i took hiv and b,c virus test. All these test result was negative.

      I know i did wrong thing but not really expected this kind of thing. I'm so scared to transmit this s**t to my family. please suggest to me what i should do for next?

    looks like a std to me. wouldnt be suprised after an act like that.

      yes i know i did wrong thing. but i really want to end up this thing alone. not involve my family. with this reason I need serious help for this issue. and thanks for your reply.

    ask for an igg for herpes. you have to insist on it bc a lot of places don't like doing them. i would do that so you can have a straight answer and hopefully peace of mind
