After having sex with a girl my penis got red spots (2nd pic) then the redness started to grow.
I thought it could be Balanitis so i tried an antifungal cream but it didn't work.
If someone has an idea of what could this be i would appreciate it.

i have this exact thing and at this point im on bothering mode with both urgent cares and er rooms around here and even a doctor and still cant figure this out apparently im clean std free no nothing but still have balantitus

I don't know what to name these symptoms, I am having these for last 2 years and not expecting it to get resolved soon. Maintaining daily hygiene is something that works for me as of now. If inflammation or redness is too high then applying coconut oil for some days works for me. There are so many posts for these symptoms on this platform and nobody was able to get a cure of this.
