Hello it is been few months now and I am wondering if my shaft is swollen or is it normal?

      Did you have. A band or ring on the penis that caused this?

      Either way I would see a doctor immediately

    is not possible that the ring of the foreskin is  a little bit on the tight side even though though you are having no pain or difficulty retracting your foreskin.
